When you book online, the full payment for your stay is required at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival: your deposit turns into a credit you can use for a future stay. And if someone else books your room for any of those first 14 nights, we’ll refund you for the nights that get rebooked.
If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable, unless your room gets rebooked for those dates — in that case, we’ll return the amount for the nights that are filled.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. The earlier we know, the more likely we can find someone to take over your booking.
