An iCal link is a special internet address (URL) that looks similar to this: https://login.smoobu.com/ical/detail/1234567.ics?s=34n324nknn

Each room on Smoobu has a unique link address. The link is made up of the:

Site Address: https://login.smoobu.com
Where on the site to look: /ical/detail/
Unique ID number: 1234567
The internet calendar type: .ics
A code to create a search of the other party’s database: ?s=
Your unique room code number: 34n324nknn

Where do I find it on Smoobu?

This unique link is found inside your Smoobu Host Dashboard. Follow the steps below to access the link:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Booking Portals
  3. Select Portal
  4. Choose Individual iCal
  5. Click on Add Portal
  6. There you will find the Smoobu iCal link on the left-hand side
  7. Copy the iCal link

Important: Please do not forget to add (export) your room iCal URLs from Coliving Booking to Smoobu!
