An iCal link is a special internet address (URL) that looks similar to this: https://admin.booking.com/hotel/hoteladmin/ical.html?t=d1111111111111111111111111 OR https://ical.booking.com/v1/export?t=d1111111111111111111111111

Each room on Booking.com has a unique link address. The link is made up of the:

Site Address: https://admin.booking.com
Where on the site to look: /hotel/hoteladmin/ical.html
A code to create a search of the other party’s database: ?t=
Your unique room code number: d1111111111111111111111111


Where do I find it on Booking.com?

The room links are found inside your Booking.com Extranet. Follow the steps below to access the iCal urls:

  1. Click on the Rates and Availability tab.
  2. Go to the Calendar screen.
  3. Right under the name of the property (e.g., Coliving Costablanca), find and click on the Sync Calendar option. If you have multiple units on the same listing, the Sync Calendar option will appear next to the room name (e.g., Master Bedroom) and Room ID.
  4. Click Export Calendar to see your unique iCal link.
  5. Copy the iCal link to sync with us and other calendars.

Important: Please do not forget to add (export) your room iCal URLs from Coliving Booking to Booking.com!
