Base Occupancy (Description Tab)

- Children Under 12: If you check the option for children under 12, these guests will not be included in the base occupancy count and charged.
Charge for Extra Guests
If your room can accommodate more guests than the base occupancy, you may choose to charge an additional fee for these extra guests. This is optional but can be a useful way to cover additional costs associated with hosting more people in one room.
- Maximum Extra Guests: Specify the maximum number of extra guests allowed beyond the base occupancy. If there is an extra guest fee, this number helps define the limit of how many additional people can be accommodated and get charged the extra guest fee.
Extra Guest Fee (Price Tab)
The “Extra Guest Fee” field specifies the additional cost charged per night for each guest beyond the base occupancy limit for a room. This fee is applied when a room can accommodate more guests than the base rate covers or additional costs are involved. For example, if a room’s base rate includes up to two guests, and a third guest stays overnight, the Extra Guest Fee would be charged per night for that additional guest.
